Added a farm building that gathers food based on how many tiles are nearby + gives more food for being on more fertile ground. I think next up I need to add storage limits since that is fairly core to the They Are Billions gameplay style.

Added towers that need ranged units in them to fire. It's not as nice as in TAB where you can see the archers sitting on top of the tower, but it will do for now. I also took the time to make it so that archers will get in the tower when it done building since that always drove me nuts in TAB that you have to wait for the tower to finish before setting them to get in the tower!
