Enterprise... always ending on that weird #StarTrekTNG episode where Archer goes completely "off the reservation", and simulated Trip dies. π

@gaghyogi49 YEEESSSS. Forgot about that! Post-traumatic repression probably.
Other wild #TheseAreTheVoyages error between #TNG and #ENT was the wacko turbolift Troi uses across from the holodeck. It's almost like the director decided at the last minute that she needed to be seen entering the lift, but that the set had not planned that wayβ¦so they threw together something in a few minutes.
Also why are corridor red alert indicators not white and recessed? Where did this rebuilt set come from?
@gaghyogi49 I could forgive the #TNG #AllGoodThings continuity errors of the headrests and light slats as being too much effort to revert, but couldn't believe they didn't hang paintings (even oversized ones) to cover the monitor screens.
The other Observation Lounge error that surprises me was the orange doors in #ENT #TheseAreTheVoyages. We can see they also have a vertical rib added in the Ent-E movie usage, but the color!! They had to repaint them for Enterprise, so why not get 'em right?
@MirrorAyako @startrek @lxskllr I recommend skipping all but the last 5 minutes of #StarTrekENT #TheseAreTheVoyages
I loathe this episode. But I do like the very end where TβPol tells Archer he looks heroic & Archer gives her a big hugβ¦ and the very end with Kirk, Picard, & Archer doing the opening monologue with all three Enterprises.

Kinda sad that in #E2, we found out the NX-01 could remain in service for over a century, but in the prime timeline, it just got moth-balled after 10 years. π€·ββοΈ

@hannibal2000
Is this from #StarTrekEnterprise series finale #TheseAreTheVoyages? Ugh! This episode's story always annoyed me. Glad #Shran, #Riker, and #Deanna were back, but #Archer just unilaterally repurposing the Enterprise to assist #Shran without ANY reprocussions, especially given what transpired, always seemed very un #StarFleet to me.
#AllStarTrek Ugh, #TheseAreTheVoyages and it's only one episode.
@joewynne
It's weirder watching it while watching episodes of #StarTrekTNG just hours before. Riker and Troi look so different.
What did you think of Trip's death?
I have comments in here somewhere with my thoughts cuz I only recently saw it as well.
The whole personal and dangerous side mission that Archer undertakes for #Shran that uses Star Fleet personnel seemed so out-of-character to the rest of the series. Did it make sense to you?
