Be suspicious. @Archie8 has entirely the wrong lyrics to the #Vitalite song, for starters.
It is probably some political satire version about poverty done by #TheMarshFamily or someone.
And xe is putting about some nightcore sped-up version of the Le Manège Enchanté theme that xe has obviously downloaded off YouTube.
One of my favourite #podcasts explodes one of my favourite #ThemeTunes from one of my favourite #TVShows - yay!

Yet another top piece of archival exploration from Tim Worthington @outonbluesix - this time on the theme to ITC's 1974 series The Zoo Gang, composed by Paul and Linda McCartney, and performed by Wings https://timworthington.org/2023/05/09/good-luck-good-hunting-good-friends/
Ironically, the actual original followed the common pattern for library music of being available in a number of A/B/C/"underscore"/&c. versions, which telly producers could use for opening and closing sequences, "stings" for commercial breaks and transitions, and so on.
Here's "Quiz Wizard (B)", a short "sting" version as aforementioned, that the show never used to my knowledge.

When the show became popular, the theme music was released as a single. Most library music aimed at telly producers is not particularly long, so the piece had to be spun out a bit to get it up to conventional single length, including an added bridge.
This is a common thing for successful telly #ThemeTunes. The version released as a single to make money isn't "the original".

For those of you who like #ThemeTunes, this is the original library music by Ed Welch that was used for the show, entitled "Quiz Wizard".

@oldbritishtelly And a memorable theme tune. "Alias and Boswell activate again!" "He overwhelms the underhanded."
@oldbritishtelly @nickpeers I prefer the Paul Bliss original.
