Today I have been catching up on Edition 3 of Philip Auslander’s book Liveness. Still excellent. Although there isn’t yet a recognition of the role technology and media play in the Technical Theatre Arts. Occasionally there is the mention of Sound Design but no analysis of the importance of technology and media play as tools for storytelling. #TheatreLife #TheatreLighting #LightingDesign

I was really really happy with my lighting design on this Romeo & Juliet. The original production from 2019 holds a special place in my heart as my first real professional gig, and bringing it back to life in a large theatre was a joy. #theatrelighting
