I keep seeing rumours that #TheWitcher3 will get a new DLC and that it will bridge the story to the upcoming #TheWitcher4 release.

Not sure if like.

I mean, I really like the Witcher universe. Loved the books, enjoyed the third game a lot (first and second had issues, IMO). Thing is, the game had a good ending with the second DLC. And I feel I remember #CDPR saying that the game would not be getting any more expansions.

And it feels like this new rumoured DLC will kick off the PR for the next title, so I'm supposed to pay for advertising?
