The irony of seeing a “Free” TurboTax ad embedded in a news article about the FTC order for them to stop falsely advertising a “free” product that is not actually free for the vast majority of filers.

Granted, it is an amended ad that complies with the FTC’s rules that require specifying the limitations. But wow, talk about poor placement.
