In den 1940ern entstanden Filme des Comedy-Trios Die Drei Stooges (Moe, Larry und Curly), in denen die Nazis lächerlich gemacht wurden. Mal trat Moe als Hitler (mit aufgeklebten Bart) auf, während in anderen Filmen alle drei Stooges gegen Nazis kämpfen. Die folgenden Filme kann ich empfehlen:

- You Nazty Spy: Moe als Diktator Hailstone mit Larry und Curly als inkompetente Regierung des Landes Moronica („Idiotika“).

- I'll Never Heil Again: Fortsetzung von You Nazty Spy: Moronicas Eliten wollen den Diktator Hailstone, den sie ins Amt gebracht haben, wieder loswerden.

- They Stooge to Conga: Die Stooges sollen die Türklingel eines Hauses reparieren und finden sich in einem Unterschlupf von Nazi-Spionen wieder.

- Back from the Front: Die Stooges sind bei der Marine. Als ihr Schiff untergeht, landen sie auf dem Nazi-Marineschiff SS Schicklgruber und infiltrieren dieses.

Christmas in November!

Saw this today and got super excited. And then, after looking at it more closely, realized it was JOE, not Curly.

Fuck dude. Even SCHEMP would have been better.

I bought it anyway.
Because I deserve to be punished.
For so many things.

Curly Joe Derita, who was the last of the Curly replacements, as bad as he was, was a little better than Joe Besser (after Schemp). He was literally unwatchable… as were Moe and Larry by that point as well.

Wait… why did I buy this again?!?! 😂
