😜 She says she's gonna go shopping, but I KNOW that ain't happ'nin. It's gonna be hotter than today.

I'm planning on hitting up the cemetery first thing. Like, eat my corn flakes and go. I would probably be back well before she's outta bed.

I could probably take a side trip to the store no huhu, but I can't think of anything dire, besides tea, and that's very low on my priorities list: it's "OK" if I run out Sunday afternoon.

She's got tummy issues at the bottom end. Her symptoms match my former landlord's in Saskatchewan. He died, messily, in bed.

She has a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

I worry, but there's also nothing I can do.

Nor when she's sitting there smoking a cigarette, fingers shaking like she's being electrocuted, coughing her lungs up. 🙄 I seriously expect lung tissue to come flying out some day.

🙄 Last night, she was saying that she has enough cash for another can of tobacco, and she'll go shopping today.

This morning, she's cleaned out her smokes, started in on mine, and I'm hearing "can you go?"

🙄 I'm still waiting for my meds to kick in.
