Tonight's movie is now Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within.

I've not watched it in about 10yrs, and he reminded me about it, and how good a movie it is.

It pushed the limits of what CGI animated movies could look like. I was years ahead of it's time and with a strong plot and voice talent... It's a highly recommend film from the both of us.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within turns 20 years old this year. It changed the way CGI and motion capture was used in animated films forever. While the film itself is a mess, we can still admire what it accomplished for animation two decades later.
