I don't watch a lot of sport but I'm not allergic to it and for some reason I've been watching like... all of the New Year 2024 sumo tournament from Japan
and it's really a not at all like any other sport I've watched much less any tournament or anything like that, partly because each bout is so short (and there are so many of them)
