I just watched "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" for the 1st time.

I usually want to review/rate all movies I watch but...I'm still a bit confused on what I just watched. 😁😅

Okay, seriously, everything is totally fucked up, but in a really impressive, artistic way.

Music and the costumes are great and Tim Curry's performance especially is equally impressive, wonderful and crazy.

The story is fucked up, but not in a negative way, just...*gesticulates wildly to everywhere*

I can imagine the actual musical is really interesting, as well.

So, yeah. I...think I liked it, but it's WILD. 😁

Curry's acting is absolutely lovely.

That and his speaking reminds me of something more recent...but I can't remember who Frank-N-Furter reminds me of.

But yeah, wild stuff! 😁

My 70 year old mother watched "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" for the first time recently, by herself, with no audience participation.

At 9:44 PM, she texted me:

I am watching Rocky horror picture show. I don't think I've ever seen it.

At 11:38 PM, she sent this:

Insane

I think that was appropriate.

When I talked to her a couple of days later, her only questions were "why were there so many motorcycles?" and "why did Tim Curry kill Meatloaf?"

She also commented on how young Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick were and said she thought Tim Curry was taller.

We both agreed Tim Curry was very sexy.
