Voice acting’s serviceable—no standout yet, but nothing distracting either.

Visually, I’m getting more impressed as it unfolds. The animal designs feel like a 1970s throwback—definitely reminiscent of the original Rescuers.

We’re off—and yeah, we’re really going down under.

Uluru makes an early appearance, and the Outback is stylized but stunning. The animation isn’t quite as rich or fluid as The Little Mermaid, but it holds up.

What’s more striking is the score—it leans into Aboriginal-inspired sounds. There’s real intentionality here.

Curious to see if that continues or fades into background noise.
