Department of Homeland Security weighs in on shooting of youth baseball coach near Houston

The federal agency characterized the Sept. 21 shooting, in which a coach was injured by an apparent stray bullet in Katy, as an "act of terror." But the Waller County Sheriff's Office has not indicated the shooting was targeted. Three men have been charged with deadly conduct in connection to the incident.
