Finally former filipino President Duterte got arrested in the Philippines under Marcos' rule (!) for his Human Rights abuses based on the warrant of the International Criminal Court. Under his reign the PH left the court in 2019, but as he has been an asshole already before there's still plenty to book him for even if he doesn't get extradited to the Hague.
