You may have seen a "today in history"-type toot going around that talked about ARPAnet switching to the IP protocol, effectively being the birth of the internet. It was a long time ago.

And it made me realize that the internet per se was only 3 years old when I first experienced it.

@silverseasun My grandmother played the organ almost until the day she died at 97, when I was little she already had arthritis and complained about it, but she kept playing! One of my double bass cohorts is pretty old, we've had conversations of just playing until we couldn't #TheOlds #BaroqueSun

Yesterday, as we got into our Lyft ride, our driver apologized, saying “I’m sorry, i’ve been in a Led Zeppelin mood all day, so i’m just shuffling their catalog.” We laughed and I said to her, truthfully, “It’s all good. Whew. This aging though. Def not bouncing back as quick as I once did. Think I’m finally making my way towards the corner though. Thank goodness because I was about to make a third dr appointment so bloodwork could be done or something. “Allergies” don’t usually wipe me clean out like this. #healthandwellness #theolds
