[English] A tepid rehash of the demon Valak from the Conjuring world. While the nun in Conjuring 2 provided some creepy moments of suspense, perhaps also because the character was not so tangible there, here Michael Chaves relies almost exclusively on expected jump scares and Catholicism drivel. Sister Irene from the first part is once again commissioned by the Vatican to investigate mysterious murders in the church environment. The trail leads to a girls' boarding school where Frenchie works as a janitor (also from the first part, we remember his departure there). Taissa Farmiga's performance as Irene is ok, unfortunately
