The last 2 days i have not checked the news once and it's a big relief, i think it's been more then 7 years ago since i skipped a day without checking #thenews and i checked it multiple times a day.
Most of the time i can't do nothing with the things that are happening away from me besideds maybe #demonstrating or #donating #money but 99,9% it's just useless mostly negative messages that's blocking my flow of energy.
I'll try to do good things around me where i can, i just saw a very #motivating youtube video about a monk giviing some nice #advice.

I have been learning a lot on the internet but now it's time to log off more often and i gonna try to not go on the internet for just a single day to see how this is going, after that maybe i will do it more often also because i play also a lot of #pokemongo.
