I've discovered there is at least one room in that grand hotel without proper door. So at the time, this hotel was still operating, there was no way to enter it  

There is a cabinet built into the wall, bit as you can … kinda… see, there is a wall behind that cabinet as well. And there is a huge hole in the ground, but directly below only another bedroom. So there was no stairs.
