My idea of a Super Bowl celebration is to first watch The Last Boy Scout. A very fun Tony Scott/Shane Black collaboration that's got Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans in a buddy crime story, a lot of witty dialogue and cool action scenes, and a plot that, while pretty shallow, is unfortunately more relevant now in the age of DraftKings and FanDuel than it was in the '90s. Not an all-time classic, but still very well done retro action.
