NyaDe belles images.
Des moments épiques.
Un peu de poésie.
Enthousiasme assez net pour le 1er épisode et pour les 5 derniers où les choses s'accélèrent.
Un peu d'agacement pour les procédés alambiqués qui nous montrent les événements dans le désordre.
De belles performances d'acteur (Woo Do Wan, impressionnant dans sa capacité de double interprétation) et de belles découvertes (Jung Eun Chae, Kim Kyung Nam)
Un très bon divertissement.

She's SO lovely!! And so is the whole show. There were many moments that took my breath away.
She does an excellent job in Pachinko, which isn't exactly a k-drama, although it tells a Korean story.

Finished #TheKingEternalMonarch with partner. Got the usual "too much romance and the wrap up at the end could have been cut in half" (his standard complaints about #kdrama ), but aside from that he liked it. So, win?

Nevertheless it's worth watching just for Woo Do-hwan's performance.
He offered me one of the most memorable comedy moments in my history of #kdrama
The end is disappointing, the chemistry is missing, the characters' choices not so plausible given the context.

He SO looks like a dude that was born to be King, in this show! And I've checked several times to see whether he has a background as an equestrian. He has not, but I've seen no other #kdrama idol who sits a horse like he does!
Pay attention to the urban background in each new scene because I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to decide which dimension was which. Woo Do Hwan is spectacular in his dual roles!
