I'm not convinced it will go exactly as you described but, in the end, yes, I do believe it will be a case of "too little too late". #AileenCannon will have achieved her objective of ensuring there's no #trial prior to the November #election, and all there will be left for her to do is sit and wait in the hope #Trump wins the election, and appoints her to the #SupremeCourt the moment a seat becomes available.
