폴 체게의 솔로 저널링 RPG 가이드북인 The Ink That Bleeds에서는 Bleed in (어떤 대상을 보고 상상하고 공명하기)과 Bleed out (내면의 감정과 생각을 들추어서 플레이에 배게 하기)의 개념을 설명하는데, 이 두 과정은 마치 들숨과 날숨 같은 거라서, 플레이 중 나오는 질문이나 프롬프트, 각종 내용을 보고 흠뻑 이입을 한 다음, 그렇게 흠뻑 이입한 감정과 생각을 글쓰기로 표출하는 과정이 반복되더라.

When characters from journaling games I’d played would bleed out to my thoughts in the temporal world I realized it was because they had something they needed to say to me that they hadn’t been able to say in the game, or they needed to hear something from me.
#bookqw is totally a suppressed hashtag on Twitter these days, but not on Mastodon 🙂Today's word is *since*.

What's at the top of your list of journaling games you want to play?
Twitter has gotten so bad for creators trying to get the word out about stuff. Posting outbound links. Using words like "sale". Using non-trending hashtags. It's all suppressed by the algorithm. No one sees anything even if they follow you. I've had to resort to traditional advertising.
I've learned so much about play, and bleed, and immersion from #JournalGaming the past two years. In #TheInkThatBleeds I write about it all.
