Probably my favorite coop card game is #TheGrizzled though. It has a solo variant but the game is all about trusting your fellow soldiers who are as miserable, tired, and shelled shocked as you. It seems to me it would lose something in translation.

I’d say #Carcassonne still reins supreme among tile laying games in terms of accessibility, speed of play, and tactical decision making.

You could say, I’m a curmudgeon, but I still look for innovation in #boardgames.

#TheCrew ‘s use of Trick taking as a cooperative element, requiring silence, attempting to accomplish missions is novel. It’s my favorite coop card game since #TheGrizzled.

#Minireview for #TheGrizzled #boardgame by #CMON and #SweetGames

Caveat: this is from reading through the rules and components, and not playing a game yet!

Overall, I'm very impressed with this one; for those of you who played #ValiantHeartsTheGreatWar, this feels like that was translated smoothly to cardboard. The #co-op gameplay focuses on the emotional impact on individuals, and the art style is great as well. (1/2)
