A ★★★★ review of The Ghost Writer (2010)

The whole setting of the movie was a treat for my eyes, not only the ultra modern house Ewan McGregor gets to stay in (can I go live there?) while he's doing his job as a ghostwriter, but also the 'huis clos' and its fitting symbolics. The latter made me feel pretty 'locked up', a bit claustrophobical. For some diversion, ghostwriter McGregor can only walk to the beach, take a ride on a bike in brutal weather, or have a drink with Kim Cattrall.
