With some help from my super awesome hubby I think I finally figured out how the pieces of the end to TFS fit together!!! Much excite and much relief.
Overnight I let the ideas settle. This is the benefit of sleeping on your work. My brain processed what I outlined and informed me as I woke that I had Tårik figuring out the same thing twice. 🤦🏼♀️

While I’ve been mulling over how to finish off #TheFirstSinWIP I’ve done more work with my CSM and have successfully made two pairs of socks that fit! It’s very gratifying, as the machine does have quite a bit of a learning curve to it.
My day started with sixteen completed chapters on TFS and now is ending with forty. 👀
My favorite line from everything I wrote recently actually comes from my husband who suggested it:
He pulled her close. “If it’s a choice between you and someone else, I choose you. Always.”

Writing something pretty gross right now. Like, pretty gross. The phrase “soggy tearing sound” was used. 🤢

Worked a LOT on TFS today. Added whole new scenes early in the work and pushed to the end of Chapter Sixteen. The draft is now 103,857 words and I’m feeling good about all the material! They say not to edit as you go, but sometimes cleaning things up feels like making the book fresh. I’m actually excited to keep going!
