I decided to try #thefarmerwasreplaced . I don't normally play coding games, because coding is what I do when I'm not playing games, but it had good reviews. Not sure if i like it yet, just started planting trees.
Just looping around the outer edge to get the tail out of the way before going straight for the apple worked pretty well up to a point, but eventually resulted in a literal death spiral. It was much faster than walking the whole field though. #thefarmerwasreplaced
Ok, #thefarmerwasreplaced is good. The cactuses have to be sorted, but I can cheat by just replanting the least sorted ones. The game suggests following the wall for the hedge maze, but how 'bout instead I traverse all the paths at the same time?
Pumpkins took me a minute. You gotta make sure they're all alive in a square before harvesting for maximum yield. Had to actually use variables *gasp*. I do appreciate the game just lets me write normal code. I hate drag and drop visual coding. #thefarmerwasreplaced
