DWUDatabaseOverall the Crusade is a really interesting and enjoyable historical but it is unusual in that the final part (which was usually the strongest) was the part that I feel lets it down #DoctorWho #TheCrusade (124)
This sub plot has a very Lannister feel to it. Not sure it screams children's show. In fact this whole episode feels very adult play rather than children's or educational. Not bad, but not sure who it was aimed at. #DoctorWho #TheCrusade (118)
That felt like somewhat of a return to proper historical territory. Despite the odd scene in which the Doctor and Vicki go shoplifting it was like being back in the days of Marco Polo/ Aztecs. After the Web Planet this feels like good grounded who #DoctorWho #TheCrusade (115)
