so freakin weird that i never thought about this song at the time, but little did i know that i would be a boatman only a few years later.
today it means even more, as i dream of being one again.

i think of so many incredible, beautiful & creative people whilst listening to this, & i just wish they're still around living a free life - although i know in this murderous system, none of us will really be free, & many of us die an early death.
i mourn you, i remember you & i'll keep on fighting our fight for real freedom, to be who i want to be, live how i want to live, & 🖤 who i want to love
