KrazovI finally saw "The Blair Which Project," the famous 1998 found-footage horror. Technologically, it aged very well because the camera tapes they used were lo-fi back then already, and coupled with the plot, it reminded me heavily of Kane Pixels' Backrooms. I get that there's a witch following them and all, but being in my forties, I find getting lost in the woods way more terrifying because it can happen to me. The house at the end reminded me of "House of Leaves."

An extra star for the groundbreaking character. I was intruiged throughout the film. Such low budget, such heavy thrills efficiency… The ‘Jaws’-effect was felt by me: afraid of swimming and here: afraid of (dense) forests. Although that fear was already somehow present before I watched The Blair Witch Project.
