I was doubtful that this partisan Supreme Court would uphold the #the14thamendment and keep Trump off the ballot.

However, even more important to me and the country is the President Immunity case. Whether a President is above the law or not has far more serious ramifications. Think about what Trump or any other would be dictator would do if they knew they had "total immunity".

Rather, it's about insurrection against the #Constitution of the US.

Against the document, not against the country. Subtle but critical difference.
