Update: yep! 
They made it really easy to make out the words this time: “jiào เป็นใคร?” / “Who art thou?”
Now I just need to look up/sort out the spelling.
Anyway, interestingly, it only seems like that part is different? 
I’m pretty sure Ramil’s first lines after waking up were in the same version of Thai that Tutor and Yim used for their story-within-a-story xianxia roles in Battle of the Writers.
I think it’s the word for “you”/2nd person pronoun? Could easily be wrong.
Either way, it sounded like “jiào”, and iirc both were asking about the other person directly. (“Who art thou?”, vs “why is it you?”)
