Are they not making enough money, or too much money?

This, along with the move to "hide" the messages that used to appear when "dynamic pricing" was out into effect are worrisome signs.

@daniel Ich nutz die #App seit kurzem, aber wenn man sieht, dass selbst Blumenläden und #Burgerking da mitmachen geht das scheinbar immer mehr Richtung Marketingkanal , ohne irgend einen Wert auf Vermeidung auf #Lebensmittelabfälle zu legen. #Airbnb war auch mal eine gute Idee bis Wohnungseigentümer es als Premium Verkaufskanal für Mietwohnungen entdeckt haben. #Toogoodtogo #tgtg #2g2g

So the Too Good To Go app is launching a new referral program today.

On the one hand good for them for attempting growth. On the other hand, whenever an app with an ostensibly noble cause is doing anything commercial like this it makes you wonder what motivations are shifting at HQ
