The logic behind is using 10 DMG GEN MANA effect of Arbiter with Ekko's Patience/Solar Hex to infinitely generate mana for Zoe.
Ekko's Patience is not even a good item for regular Zoe. But Mana Zoe? S Tier!

There are many unique traits that grant an advantage in the early game, without necessarily having to fight for a win streak.

- Go 7 & reroll for Urgot & Aurora (Maokai if rich)
- Pure AD items on Urgot (not that lame Titans/BT build)
- Akali gives Precision but IE is still fine
- Mana/AP items on Aurora
- Tank items on Mech
- Level 7: Mech the Urgot
- Level 8: Mech the Mech
