This week's #GrindayFriday is the excellent new-ish debut EP (from March) 'Systems of Apocalypse' by Houston, Texas' TERROR CORPSE. This is some great, dynamic grinding death from members of Malignant Altar, Insect Warfare, Church of Disgust, and Necrofier. This one's actually about 20 minutes long, and you probably won't be disappointed if you dig grind.

This week's #GrindayFriday is another big favorite of mine - LARVAL THERAPY, from San Antonio. As with a lot of pathological grind, they release few true LPs, they often do a lot of splits and EPs and they're tough to search for, as their names are often from actual medical procedures. 😂
