It looks like #Morrisons is doing the same differential pricing to incentivize submission to surveillance trick with the #MorrisonsMore card that Tesco does with the #TescoClubcard.
And #Poundland, The Coöperative Group, and B&M are lying about the mass. It hasn't been 157g since last year/first few months of this year; Terry's itself and the up-to-date retailers now listing it as just 145g. It was 175g back in 2016.

It is nowadays the "Clubcard prices" in Tesco that usually have parity with other shops. Here, it is only the "Clubcard price" that passes through a promotion that apparently Colgate-Palmolive is running, and that other shops give to all customers.

And if you do not have a Clubcard, or forget/do not use it, you might be paying well over the odds compared to shopping elsewhere.
And yes, this is a major retailer only giving you competitive prices if you agree to it tracking your purchases.

The #Colgate Total Active Prevention XL there is a 125ml tube, not a 75ml one.
In Boots, it's currently on sale at £3.50 down from a regular price of £7.00. The same is true in Morrison's. In Sainsbury's and Waitrose, it's currently still £7.00 per tube. Superdrug has a reduction from (gasp!) £6.99 to £3.49.

Colgate-Palmolive appears to be running a promotion.
And #Tesco is making the promotional price only available to #TescoClubcard members, whereas in other stores (aside from the ones apparently not participating in the promotion at all) everyone pays the promotional price.
What's also interesting there is the massive discount from £8.10 to £3.50 for the #TescoClubcard .
I always try to remember to bring my clubcard along now when I take other people shopping in #Tesco .
Well I'm deffo technically a "Boomer" (just; '62) but 45 years (& counting) in tech means I don't seem to feel or act like one (having just explained to a 25yo exactly how their #TescoClubCard is actually a covert spying & manipulation device)...
