Banerjee comes off as a weird little man, but he's actually a virulent Hindu Nationalist, who thinks that Muslims and Sikhs should be killed. (It is, indeed, fucked up that he's part of the #CarymaNgo Entourage).

So many of the participants were bused in, including the Biker Church, Freedom Fox, and Veterans for Freedom (V4F) assholes — oh wait, what's that on the back of that V4F hat!
