I love to highlight the amazing immigrant run restaurants in the Tenderloin. I think I’ll do it again, this time writing about some new-ish ones.

1. Kimbap Heaven on Polk & Eddy

Probably the best kimbap I’ve had in SF. Very good range. They also have excellent Korean fried chicken (get the one covered in cheese if you, like me, love that flavor profile).

They also have a legit good range of Korean street food like ‘rabeokki’ (ramen and rice cake, together in a sauce).

I walked by a crowded spot in my neighborhood and I was surprised that I had never seen that diner. I was also curious why there were so many people getting diner food at 9pm.
