Poi cosa è successo?” Ibiza torna indietro nel tempo: lo ha conosciuto a 17 anni, è rimasta incinta a 20 e ha scelto di portare avanti la gravidanza nonostante le difficoltà. “Quando l’ha saputo, per lui era presto, è andato sotto shock, ma io ero comunque decisa della mia scelta e lo volevo tenere. L’ho detto subito ai miei genitori e mi hanno supportata. Ho continuato per la mia strada. Lui ci ha messo un po’ a capirlo e poi si è riavvicinato. L’ha riconosciuto e siamo tornati insieme”. Un percorso non lineare, fatto di allontanamenti e riavvicinamenti. Ma è il passaggio successivo a segnare tutto: “Lui è morto quando mio figlio aveva 6 mesi, in un incidente in macchina dopo la discoteca”.
Eppure, nel racconto di Ibiza, il dolore non è l’ultima parola. Al centro c’è suo figlio, diventato la sua ancora: “Quando hai una creatura così bella e pura, sono due le scelte: o vivi il dolore e ti butti giù o invece capisci e vai avanti. Io e mio figlio ci siamo autocurati, è il mio mini me”. Oggi Ibiza Altea, 26 anni, modella e attrice, porta con sé questa storia come una parte essenziale della sua identità.

It all starts with a simple, almost innocent question from the former contestant of Temptation Island: “Were you with him until you were 21 years old? Then what happened?” Ibiza goes back in time: she met him at 17, got pregnant at 20, and chose to continue the pregnancy despite the difficulties. “When he found out, it was too early for him, he went into shock, but I was still determined about my choice and I wanted to keep him. I told him right away to my parents and they supported me. I continued on my way. It took him a little while to understand and then he came back. He recognized him and we got back together.” An non-linear path, made of separations and reconciliations. But the next step marks everything: “He died when my son was 6 months old, in a car accident after the nightclub.”
Yet, in Ibiza’s story, pain is not the final word. At the center is her son, who has become her anchor: “When you have a creature so beautiful and pure, there are two choices: either you live the pain and fall down, or instead, you understand and move on. My son and I healed ourselves, he is my mini me.” Today, Ibiza Altea, 26 years old, model and actress, carries this story as an essential part of her identity.
