"TikTok, der Social-Media-Gigant, der Milliarden von Menschen zum Scrollen bringt, ist auf eine große, weitgehend unsichtbare Belegschaft angewiesen. Hinter der Unterhaltung stehen Beschäftigte – Moderator:innen, Ingenieur:innen, ausgelagerte Kolleg:innen –, die mit langen Arbeitszeiten, psychischer Belastung, geringem Lohn und fehlenden Rechten konfrontiert sind. Gegen ihre Ausbeutung wehren sich TikTok-Beschäftigte von der Türkei bis Kolumbien. TikTok lagert einen großen Teil der Moderation seiner Inhalte an Firmen wie Telus International aus. In İzmir beschäftigt Telus rund 1.000 Moderator:innen, die verstörendes TikTok-Material herausfiltern – etwa Videos, die Kindesmissbrauch, Selbstmorde, Terrorpropaganda oder Tierquälerei zeigen bzw. gutheißen. En los últimos años, se han perdido miles de empleos y ha afectado a empresas emblemáticas como Abai, Atento o Teleperformance. Concentrix sufrió a finales de 2024 un ERE que supuso el despido de 70 personas. Solo en Zaragoza capital “se han perdido más de 500 puestos de trabajo en los últimos años, sin que nadie haga nada por frenar esta deslocalización”, señala la CGT.

AI 語音技術新技術改善印度客服英語 Teleperformance 推口音轉換系統
全球最大呼叫中心營運商 Teleperformance SE 近日推出一項創新的 人工智能（AI）語音技術，能夠實時調整印度英語客服人員的口音，以提升溝通清晰度，使國際客戶更易理解客服對話。該技術不僅強化了服務體驗，也有助於縮短客服處理時間，提高客戶滿意度。這套名為 「口音轉換」（Accent Translation） 的技術內建背景噪音消除功能，目前已在 印度的呼叫中心 正式投入應用。印度客服團隊負責支援 Teleperformance 旗下國際客戶，包括 Apple、TikTok（字節跳動旗下）與 Samsung Electronics 等全球知名企業。Teleperformance 副首席執行官（Deputy CEO）托馬斯・馬肯布羅克（Thomas Mackenbrock） 接受《彭博社》訪問時表示：「有時候，印度客服人員的口音對客戶而言較難理解。這項技術能夠 零延遲地調整印度口音，從而縮短雙方理解的時間，拉近客服與客戶的距離。」這項技術的導入，令客服對話更順暢，最終達到提升客戶體驗、縮短平均處理時間的效果。該技術的開發由 Sanas 公司提供，該公司專注於 AI 語音技術，目標是減少因口音產生的歧視，並讓不同地區的客服人員能夠更順利與國際客戶溝通。Sanas 軟件不僅能調整口音，還具備背景噪音消除功能，能有效抑制環境雜音，如雞叫、救護車警笛聲與辦公室嘈雜聲，進一步改善客服通話品質。目前，這項技術已適用於 印度與菲律賓口音，並計劃擴展至 拉丁美洲，支援當地客服為美國客戶提供服務。Teleperformance 透露，「口音轉換」技術是其 AI 投資計劃 的一部分。今年，公司計劃在 AI 相關技術與合作項目上投入最多 1 億歐元（約港幣 8.48 億元），顯示其積極推動人工智能應用，以提升全球客服業務。托馬斯・馬肯布羅克進一步指出：「人工智能已經深入各行各業，成為現今不可或缺的技術，但 人類參與仍然至關重要，品牌認知與客戶體驗的提升，仍然需要人工與 AI 的協作。」來源: mashable
