We are living through a strange moment in history.

For the first time, humans are beginning to understand aging not as fate, but as biology — something influenced by habit, environment, knowledge, and intention.
Longevity research, biohacking, philosophy, and technology are slowly converging into a single question:

What does it mean to consciously evolve?

I’ve been quietly collecting my experiments, writings, tools, and ongoing projects into one place — a living archive of ideas for those who feel curiosity about human potential, healthspan, and the future of thought itself.

Not an advertisement.
More like an invitation.

If you enjoy reflective exploration rather than noise, you may find something worthwhile here:

Evolution once happened to us.
Now, perhaps, we participate in it.

CES (Consumer Technology Association) 2026 isn't just about gadgets.
It's about where technology meets humanity.
IEEE - Advancing Technology For Humanity .

I had the honor of speaking with Mary Ellen Randall, President and CEO of IEEE, from Las Vegas during CES this week.

#IEEE — the world's largest technical professional society — has been around for over 140 years. 500,000 members. 190 countries. And a mission that cuts through the noise: advancing #technology for the benefit of #humanity.
Not for hype. Not for quarterly earnings. For humanity.

We talked about Jensen Huang receiving the 2026 IEEE Medal of Honor. Yes, #NVIDIA built the chips powering the AI revolution, but the recognition goes deeper — it's about the entire ecosystem enabling breakthroughs in #healthcare, autonomous systems, drug discovery, and beyond.

Mary Ellen shared something that stuck with me. She sees this moment as a new Renaissance. Like Florence in the 1400s — painters collaborating with sculptors, scientists exchanging ideas across disciplines — we're at an inflection point where everything is intersecting.

(I wonder why a reference to the Rinascimento resonated with me 😅)

The difference? We have the tools to do it globally, instantly.
But speed without ethics is reckless. IEEE is developing standards for #AIbias prevention, certification programs for responsible development, even protections for young people online. The slow, unglamorous work that lets innovation happen safely.

"Engineering with purpose" — that's the phrase she kept returning to.
In a world obsessed with moving fast and breaking things, it's refreshing to talk with people committed to building things that last. And building them right.

Digital payments can boost financial inclusion, but only with strong infrastructure, trust, skills and regulation; without them, technology may deepen inequity.
