About 17,730 of these power supplies were sold in the US and an additional 500 were sold in Canada online at ApexGamingPCs.com from December 2021 through February 2026.
Stop using these power supplies. Contact Apex Gaming PCs at 1-833-946-1418 or [email protected] for a free repair in the form of a safety warning label that will be mailed to you. If you are uncomfortable applying the label, request a free replacement unit. If you do, you must then return the original unit using the provided shipping label.
