1. The consequences of permitting the offensive might well have been worse than the consequence of not permitting; so Musk was not wrong to exercise his judgement.

2. It was his judgement to make. Musk is neither a Ukraine ally nor does he have to take a side.

3. Allowing Musk to dominate LEO was a policy mistake.
