I love thinking back to my vacation.
I felt like this one deserves its own post because when we partake in leisure activities such as travel or attending events, many of us tend to spend so much time trying to capture "memories" through a screen, thinking about how to curate our "content" on social media such that we are not immersed in enjoying the present moment, but instead focused on creating media that we will rarely look at again. Take photos and videos but don't forget to experience life mindfully with all your senses and not filtered through the screen of a phone or camera.

As someone who cannot appreciate conventional art museums (I never appreciated staring at paintings on a wall, usually painted by some dead old man from a previous century...), I found the teamLab Borderless exhibit to be a refreshing change of what it means to be an art museum -- a place that enables visitors to be immersed into the visuals, sounds, and even tactile sensations that the artists create, evoking a variety of thoughts, emotions, and even inspiration in visitors.

Clearly a recommendation if you visit Tokyo.
