Okay, I should have posted this Wednesday after the game, but I ended up feeling pretty shitty and had to stay off the computer for most of the day. Anyway... Canada vs. Sweden and Mitch Marner wins it for Canada in overtime. Absolutely elated!!

Sidney Crosby was the #1 star because he had 3 assists! Saturday's game against the USA is going to be insane. With all the shit that's come our way (Canada) from the USA the past few weeks... well, the game should be interesting.

I do expect people to boo the USA team, especially after Trump's bullshit and some of the US team's player's support of him. The Finland vs USA game was horrible. Finland played poorly and it just looked like they completely gave up before the third period.

The Finland coach should have pulled Saros and put the next goaltender in line up, but they didn't. I'm positive Sweden will beat Finland on Saturday and they'll be out. Sweden's team is more equally matched to either us or the USA team.
