co-working space thanksgiving party… the manager is American, so suggested we hold a #Thanksgiving. He cooked the turkey, everyone else brought a side (I brought a tofu-based #vegan main course to replace the turkey – thanks @eliotlovell !)

I literally just ate a dessert sandwich. Homemade bread, some kinda weird heirloom tomatoes, Swiss cheese, mayo. It was so much better than cake.
