Products were locally made until the wealthy realised they'd make more money if made cheaper abroad & sold for the same price.
That destroyed local jobs.
Now the wealthy object to cost of the crisis their greed caused & demand right-wing governments cut their taxes & protect their grubby profits.
Wages are held down, workers have to claim benefits to afford food & homes & those driven towards poverty are labeled scroungers for trying to survive...
All to protect the profits of #TaxParasites.
When the news tells you the government has had to borrow lots of money...

...& the borrowing is to to make up the revenue shortfall caused by wealthy tax avoiding #TaxParasites.
The reason we all pay higher taxes is because we're subsidising wealthy tax avoiding hypocrites.
The reason tax #TaxParasites won't pay their taxes, but want to cut our public services, sell our NHS, & take away our rights, is to protect their own wealth while exploiting us into poverty.

Following 14 years of Tory tax breaks for the rich & cuts for public services, the wealthy have been asked to pay their share, but the greedy #TaxParasites refuse & run away.
They don't care that society, services or the NHS suffer, just so long as they don't give a penny back.
Imagine if, when they millionaires leave the UK, the Government passed a law to make it a requirement of owning property in/owning businesses here you had to pay taxes in the UK.
Imagine the panic among greedy #TaxParasites as they realised that by leaving they'd derailed their own gravy train.
The majority of ordinary people in the UK pay taxes in the UK.
They pay in full.
The UK benefits from the services we fund.
The majority of very wealthy people avoid paying taxes in the UK.
They hoard it offshore.
No one, except them, benefits from their greed.

If you owe HMRC money, they will put financial pressure on you unless & until you comply.
If you can't repay, your reputation may be shattered & you will be punished for non-payment.
It's suppose to be the same for everyone. It isn't.
It's common for the wealthy, IF they're caught, to negotiate cozy deals to reduce the amount they pay, & then to walk away scot free.
The difference is, the poor can't afford the cost of lawyers to fight back, & HMRC can't afford to fight wealthy #TaxParasites.
When a crime syndicate of narcasists, #TaxParasites & right-wing Tory dingbats are elected on false promises, lies & propaganda in the Tory media, it's no surprise that their vast con has syphoned public money away from social need to satisfy Tory greed...
...or that hundreds of billions of pounds of our taxes are unaccounted for.
