Moar broad bean duty.
A tonne of broad beans in the garden, so what did I do last night at 3am but unhelpfully wake up to think about ta'amiya recipes for the rest of the night.
A big creme brulee and a rhubarb (from the garden) and pistachio semifreddo. Christmas keeps giving.

I love listening to podcasts when cooking for a while. Today it's listening to #BetterInBed outta Hong Kong - this episode about the female g-spot - while I debone and stuff turkey with a herb petal, garlic and sourdough mix. Thoroughly recommend the podcast. Pretty confident on the stuffing I know how to riff.
