which was created by #Levchin & #Thiel that then 'merged' with Musk's X.com
#Tesla was created by engineers #Eberhard & #Tarpenningis NOT Musk
#SpaceX was somehow successful ONLY thanks to good engineers
(Musk hijacked Tesla proceeds / #American #taxpayers $ and poured them into SpaceX)
