Het Hof van Cassatie heeft het protest van Eva Kaili en Marc Tarabella afgewezen. De twee aangehouden Europarlementsleden blijven daardoor in de cel in het onderzoek naar beïnvloeding van het parlement door onder meer Qatar en Marokko.
