#boxing It is said that there is a plan for Naoya #Inoue to fight Alan #Picasso in spring in the US. A plan which MJ #Akhmadaliev objects to, as he is now Interim Champion & WBA mandatory.

As potential opponents for Inoue, it would seem that MJ is the fan favorite to fight for Undisputed.

MJ lost via SD to Marlon #Tapales who got KO'd by Inoue.

Picasso OTOH won a controversial decision against Azat #Hovhannisyan, who got KO'd by Luis #Nery in a tough fight, who in turn got KO'd by Inoue. ๐Ÿ‘Š

#boxing Currently, MJ #Akhmadaliev is challenging 122 Undisputed Champion Naoya #Inoue. So is 4A #Casimero. MJ is a former 122 Unified Champion, and Casimero is a former 118 WBO Champion who was scheduled to fight Inoue for Undisputed @ 118.

Some fans are calling for #AkhmadalievCasimero for the right to fight Inoue. This would be a ๐Ÿ’ช fight, but 4A would be high risk for MJ. Then there's #Tapales for a rematch with MJ.

#boxing MJ #Akhmadaliev won via TKO over Ricardo Espinoza. The fight was ๐Ÿ’ช and Espinoza gave him a good one, but MJ gave back a better one, winning he WBO Interim belt.

Now MJ is challenging Naoya #Inoue whose fight against Sam #Goodman is postponed to January due to Goodman's cut a few days to the Christmas Eve fight.

Inoue is expected to win in case he fights MJ. MJ lost the WBA and IBF belts to Marlon #Tapales via SD and Tapales got KO'd by Inoue when the latter became Undisputed @ 122 ๐Ÿ‘Š

Butler eventually became the WBO champion, and he "fought" and lost to Inoue via KO, making Inoue the Undisputed Bantamweight Champion.

At 122, #Inoue has already defeated #Fulton, #Tapales, #Nery and now #Doheny. He was supposed to fight Sam #Goodman but Goodman instead fought #Worawot, in a close fight that could have been an upset.

#Casimero is scheduled to fight Saul #Sanchez in October in Japan and if he wins, he might be able to challenge Inoue. #InoueCasimero would be a grudge match.

4A #Casimero is the former WBO Champion @ 118 & was scheduled to fight Inoue, but the fight fell through. He was stripped of the belt for cutting weight via sauna in violation of BBBoC rules, during the fight vs Paul Butler.
